Women's Retreat in 2011

We have many activities specifically for women in our church. Please contact the church office at 790-2112 if you have questions or want to know more.

Women’s Retreat – Annual event held in January that includes a day of fellowship and inspiration at the church. The theme for 2012 Retreat was “Resting in who we are instead of wrestling with who we are not!”

Ladies Night Out - Women are invited to eat at a local restaurant together as a group on the second Tuesday of each month.

Craft Circle - Open to anyone who wants to make/work on craft projects (scrapbook, photo albums, jewelry, mosaic, painting, card making, stamping, etc.). Bring your supplies and a snack to share. RSVP to the church office at least a week in advance to reserve childcare. Upcoming dates (all start at 9:00 am): Wednesday, March 7; and Saturday, March 17. Sassy Steppers – Walking group that meets at 7:30 on Saturday mornings at various locations in the area to get some exercise and share in conversation together.

Sewing Guild - Will begin meeting again soon.

Prayer Shawl Ministry - Women gather together to knit or crochet shawls that will then be blessed and given to individuals and families who are going through a difficult time. Meetings are typically the fourth Monday of each month at 12:30 pm.
